Excellent all around. Check in and check out were a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet but there are plenty of food and drink options around and Marcelo provided great recommendations. Public transport is an 5 min walk. The only thing of note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there’s no elevator in the building.

Awesome place for anyone making a trip to Paris. Loved the surrounding neighborhoods, restaurants, and particularly how close we were to Mamiche! Short walk to major metro stations for easy access to the major Paris sites (e.g., easy metro ride to Notre Dame). Marcelo was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We really appreciated the recommendations he sent us and made good use of those for our first meal after we arrived. Overall a very clean and comfortable stay that I’d highly recommend.

Marcelo was an amazing host with excellent communication! The apartment looked just like the photographs and in a great location. It was super clean and being able to do laundry was a plus!

Marcelo's place was easy to get into. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was a great location from which it was very easy to walk to places or to access the Metro station or train station. Marcelo was friendly and there were zero problems.
