Sandie's cottage in the old village is a delightful find! Accurately described in the listing, it features a wonderful rooftop terrace with stunning views of the region. Its location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying walks through beautiful vineyards. A short walk to the supermarket adds convenience. The sunny upper-floor living room with a fridge and sink is especially charming, making our stay comfortable and effortless. Clean and well-equipped, this place truly felt like home.

Séjour très sympa dans une vrai maison de village du centre historique piéton de Roujan. Tout en hauteur, les pièces ne sont pas immenses mais tout est bien pensé et le toit terrasse avec sa vue dégagée est un vrai plus.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sandie's house in Roujan. It's location is perfect for the local bars, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. A SUPER U and boulangerie is no more than 800m away and parking can be found in the nearby streets usually not more than 100m away. The roof terrace is the real highlight of this property with an amazing vista and the perfect place to view the stars. Things we wished we known about the property; The house comprises 5 rooms on 4 floors with the toilet on the 3rd floor, one floor up from the main bedroom. The kitchen description mentions "cooking basics". We would have liked a bread knife, garlic press and kitchen scales in a french kitchen. The A/C is only on the top floor meaning that even in late September it can be uncomfortable to sleep at night. Based on other properties we have stayed in locally over the past 15 yrs these are our personal observations that we wished we had known more about and not meant to be criticisms.
