Enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this charming former forge. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the shower superb. Lots of amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. John is an excellent host, always responding to any questions we had.

A great place to stay, well designed, spotlessly clean and felt homely. The bed was comfy and loved the underfloor heating. This was perfect for our stay close to family. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay, exactly as described. Very comfortable, excellent location and the loaf of home made bread brought round soon after we arrived (still hit from the oven) was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at John’s lovely little house! The kitchen is fully equipped, it has wonderful lighting, the bed was super comfy, and a great shower. We couldn’t have asked for more. John is also super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be recommending to others!
