The recently renovated Studio is a stones throw from LLangrannog beach with a pub, cafe, ice cream parlour, fish and chip shop and a pizza takeaway. Access to the coast path is 50 yards away and you can walk out of the front door and you are facing the beach. The Studio is a compact place and perfect for a holiday base. It has a lounge, shower room and WC, bedroom with a double mattress on a raised area - please note there is ladder access only to the bedroom area. It also has a small balcony with seating, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The Studio does not have full cooking and kitchen facilities although it has a microwave, kettle, toaster and a compact fridge.

Excellent stay in a beautiful location. Really easy to check in and I especially enjoyed the sound of the nearby river at night. Message responses were quick and positive. Nicholas and his housekeeper Karen were very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again!
The studio was the little bolt hole that we needed! Tiny but cleverly laid out and presented exactly as described in the listing. You do have to climb a ladder to get to the bed but I can honestly say that this slightly unusual set up, resulted in a lot of laughter and sense of fun! It was brilliant to be able to bring our pooch - he settled easily. Loved the little exit on to a mini deck with gushing stream beneath . Perfect to grab the moments when the sun came out.
Excellent for a quick getaway but also fine for a longer stay as mine was.

It was very relaxing, I feel very recharged. Large skylight in bedroom was lovely.

Llangrannog is a pretty coastal village with plenty of fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is an ideal location from which to explore the Cardigan Bay Area and all it has to offer.
