Jan的房间太棒了。房间里所有配置都超出了想象。我们非常小心的使用这些厨房用具因为它太贵了😄。顶级的厨房。如果不在这烹饪将失去很多乐趣。Jan还提供了超级详细的游玩和美食攻略。米其林大厨提供的美食攻略怎么可以错过。哈哈哈哈哈。非常开心在这里🧡

Jan's airbnb is just stunning to say the least. The style and decor of the accommodations are beyond 5 star. Every added touch did not go unnoticed. From the bottle of wine, ingredients and recipe to make Madelines, fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast items, and drinks left to make you feel at home were a wonderful touch. The location was nestled in Old Town Nice, close to so many things, but was quiet at night, not to be disturbed during sleep. He made every recommendation near by and for many day trips as well. The location is on the 3rd floor so you must take the stairs, but that was nothing for the trade off of the elegance of his home. His assistant Jerimaine was very accessible, helped with our luggage, and very prompt upon arrival and departure. We would surely love to stay here again upon returning to Nice. Thank you Jan for opening up your beautiful home to us. Although a short stay, it was a very memorable one!

One of the toilets was out of order our entire stay and there was no attempt to fix it, leaving 4 of us to share one toilet. This was extremely inconvenient. The apartment is located right next to a night club and we were woken up at 4:30am on a Tuesday. The WiFi went in and out consistently. The stairway was under construction and full of dust which would collect on our shoes and jackets. We were not alerted this was going to be the case. You cannot take an Uber to the apartment, so you must be dropped off and walk 5 mins , which can be inconvenient with a lot of luggage. FYI. On one the showers was not clean and needed caulking (there was some black residue in the corners). Overall, this place was no where near the expectations the pictures portrayed. Not sure if this is in the description, but there is no elevator for the unit, so you have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. The host was not there, so there was another person who somewhat assisted us up.
