Apartment with lots of light, located 2 minutes walk from the center of Amarante and the river Tâmega. Along the "Trilho das Azenhas" trail that follows the river for 7km. Excellent for nature walks! Casa da Torre has modern facilities and equipment to provide maximum comfort to its guests. Ideal for holidays and short stays! The apartment is new and comfortable although the areas are not large. It is located on the 1st floor of the "Casa da Torre" – (Local Accommodation unit) which has been completely rebuilt. Very close to the city center and the river but with the necessary tranquility to rest! In this rural area, you can enjoy the convenience of moving everywhere on foot. The rooms have a balcony and the living room has access to a terrace with good sun exposure and outdoor furniture.

Sem dúvida um dos melhores espaços que já ficamos! A casa estava muito bem equipada, tudo muito limpo e arrumado, cheio de equipamentos novos e pequenos mimos que a Lucinda fez questão de deixar por toda a casa! A Lucinda foi impecável, sempre muito responsiva e preocupada com a estadia. Um dos melhores espaços para ficar!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment. From start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The apartment itself was a true gem. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The host, Lucinda, was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. One highlight of this apartment is the stunning view from the balcony.
O apartamento de Amarante fica muito bem localizado, proximo ao Rio Tamega e ao centro antigo da cidade, que é muito charmosa. Lucinda foi muito solicita, e permitiu que entrassemos antes do horario, pois tinhamos um reuniao de trabalho. O apartamento é cofortavel, de bom gosto e Lucinda foi muito solicoita. Super recomendo!

Prime location, 5 min. walk from the historic center. Friendly and welcoming local population. An old miller's street whose ruins of mills are visible by the river, just two minutes walk away.
You can access the house by car to unload but not park. There are several places nearby where you can park for free. Parque das Bucas and the Multifunctional Park have pedestrian access to the house and are just a few minutes' walk away.
The pavement is in stone and sloping, not suitable for high heels.
The accommodation is located in an exclusive Local Accommodation housing, with one more apartment (1 bedroom) and a studio, both in the ground floor.
There is a typical restaurant just a few meters away.
