Great spot for a family getaway . Bed mattresses give no support , it’s like you’re sleeping on plywood . Brought this to the attention of the host after the first night . They replied that there was nothing they could do about the mattresses . No soap supplied and very minimal cookware . One small sauce pan and one medium sized covered skillet . Ran out of propane within a few hours of being there , but too late to request propane as the office was closed . One thin blanket on the beds . Was not enough warmth for a night without heat .

Check in said 8am couldn’t get into the camper until 4pm first time we asked it was 2 then went to 3 and didn’t even get in at three. This camper was very nasty. There was bugs everywhere inside the camper, there was food still in the sink, poop stains in the toilet. Dished weren’t clean. I had to sweep the floor because they were dirty. The black tank was so full it was coming into the toilet and smelt like shit inside the whole camper whenever you flushed the toilet. I had to call them twice to get it dumped still seeing toilet paper inside. As they were dumping the black tank he stuck a rod down the toilet to unclog it and then proceeded to drip sewer water on his way out the door. Parking was terrible my truck stuck out halfway into the road. The mattress is paper thin it’s like sleeping on wood. Unhappy about everything :(

It was a great camper and had everything I needed for a simple overnight stay. It was clean, had amenities, and was warm. Bed was a bit hard, but that's fine with me. Door wouldn't close since the door jam latch bracket was busted, so had to use other means for keeping the door closed. I had to check in very late, but check in was no problem. They even called me, letting me know how to check in after hours, which was very much appreciated.

Basswood is so fun and great for the family! The Rv was new and clean. Was a great weekend!
