If you have zero intention of using the Casitas and no need for them, this place is actually OK. Unfortunately we had five adults and two young children and needed to use the Casitas. The Casitas "queen bed" listed is NOT a queen bed. It is a small pull out bed from a couch. A tall adult will not fit, and two adults are not comfortable (even skinny ones). We visited on an unusually chilly Florida weekend and there was no heating and no extra blankets for the Casitas. We ended up sleeping on the couches in the main house instead. The keys for the Casitas were also not where they were supposed to be, it took us a long time to find them, and the property manager did not pick up the phone or email us back about their location. Also, a lot of lights and outlets did not work, including in the outdoor bathroom. Finally... there was a sign offering $25 in exchange for a five star review. Ugh. So the other, five star reviews are not reliable.

Matt and Alexandra, the owners of this awesome place were great! They were quick to respond to our questions. The location is great, the house is spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Evolve is a wonderful host. instructions are clear, the house is clean and well organized. the decor is attractive. the yard is beautiful! the house is in a great location, where is close everything. the neighborhood is quiet and nice.
