Lia was friendly and helpful and the house is comfortable and as described. There was an issue with the WiFi but Lia and her husband were helpful and apologetic and gave us a refund for the trouble. Overall, we had a great weekend. The biggest issues were that there was a dirty tissue found in the sheets of one of the beds. I realize that this is something many guests probably make up, but it was a little annoying that Lia dismissed that concern, saying her cleaning company denied it could have happened. The other issue was that Lia tried to charge us $20 for each car. This is not mentioned in the listing at all and the security guard assured us many times that it wasn't true. Lia ended up not charging us for it, so that was good but it was strange. The house was otherwise clean and spacious and great for our group.

The home was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. On cooler days, sitting by the fireplace was cozy. Lia was very accommodating, prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend Lia’s home.

We had an amazing stay! The place was very cozy and spacious, the cabin is tucked back into the woods and makes you feel so secluded from everything! Everything about the house was clean and comfortable! Such a great place to go to relax and enjoy yourself, we had an amazing time and would definitely rent again!

Wonderful home with all the space we needed for a large family! We enjoyed a great holiday weekend here. It had everything we needed, including a helpful mudroom for all of our shoes and winter gear. The two dining table areas were perfect for our NYE celebration, where we could put out food one one, and use the other for games. The cozy fireplace and hot tub were great for the chilly winter evenings, and lots of windows to let in light and enjoy looking at the snow.

We have enjoyed staying in Old Timberline for more than 20 years and this home was just what we wanted and expected. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The home had everything we needed for a mountain getaway. We really appreciated the large fireplace after a day of rainy skiing. We would definitely stay here again!
