A warm welcome awaits you in this large 3 bed, period duplex, just a 10min walk from all the amenities of Great Malvern town and benefitting from free parking and a communal outside courtyard. Conveniently situated near to local shops, pubs and the fabulous Malvern Hills themselves. A large, open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and lounge has stunning views from a full height, original, bay sash window across to the Severn Valley and is ideal for socialising with family and friends. Upon entering the front door you will find a spacious are to store coats, shoes and walking boots for those wishing to explore the hills. The door ahead leads to a store room where there is a spare fridge and freezer for guests use. The first flight of stairs leads to the amazing open plan kitchen, dining and living room with spectacular views from a huge bay window. This is a stunning space to relax and socialise with family and friends. There is also a small desk for working away form home. The kitchen has everything you might need to self cater, including a dishwasher. On this floor is a guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. Continuing up the second flight of stairs you come to two double bedrooms one on each side with comfy pocket sprung mattresses and fitted wardrobes as well as a large family bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet. At the end of the hallway is the huge master bedroom which has stunning view across Malvern to the Severn Valley. This is ensuite, consisting of a shower over bath, basin and toilet. The whole apartment is stylishly decorated with some interesting art work and the large windows and high ceiling create a wonderfully bright and spacious environment to share with friends and family.

Second time we have stayed here. Very comfortable, well equipped duplex, that is warm and welcoming. Great views across the Severn Valley from the large window in the living room. Walks up on to the Malvern Hills direct from the apartment or a short drive away (e.g. British Camp). Nags Head pub a 5 minute walk down the hill (great selection of on tap beers, and meals), and only a short walk to the shops, cafes etc in Great Malvern. Hosts very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back (again).
This is a charming period duplex, conveniently situated on Lygon Bank, just 10 minutes walk from all the amenities of Great Malvern town, with it’s Theatre, The Abbey, wonderful gift shops, cafes, restaurants and of course The Hills. Just 15 mins walk form Malvern Link Train Station if travelling by rail but offering off road parking onsite and further roadside and free long stay car parking also for those travelling by car. The property benefits from having a convenience store, pharmacy, fruit and veg store and The Nags Head Pub, frequently named the best town pub of the year, all a few steps away. Take a short cut through the beautiful grounds of Holy Trinity Church, on the main Worcester Road, up the bank and head up onto the Hills to truly appreciate Malvern at its best. Continuing along the Worcester Road into the town brings you to Belle View terrace with the popular, new Faun cafe, restaurant and deli bar celebrating the best of locally grown, seasonal produce, further restaurants, bars and pubs and an array of local shops to explore such as Rhubarb Home, my favourite.
There is one parking space but for parking of further vehicles in your party, there is free long stay parking at the Link Top Car Park just a few minutes away near the traffic lights. Or there is free parking just further down Lygon Bank on the roadside.
For those travelling by rail, Malvern Link Station is a 15min easy walk and once settled in the property, Great Malvern town itself is just 10 mins away on foot. There is a convenience, fruit and veg store and pharmacy nearby and the Malvern Hills themselves can be accessed within minutes.
