Bed bugs in master and have yet to get help or refund for all items lost. No gas for fireplace outlets didn’t work patio area had most lighting broken trash throughout the backyard. Horrible and still dealing with bed bug resolve issues. Horrible communication.

Nice place in a great location. We would stay here again. Lots of room for kids to have fun. Great game room, a lot of places to explore/hike. Not a bad thing, but good to be aware that the neighborhood does not have ANY street lights. If you arrive at night please be careful. There are ALOT of hills and ALOT of deer. Definitely not a complaint, but good for people to know. Chairs on the back porch are super cute with a great “rustic” vibe, but be careful, there are nails on the arms of the chairs what will put holes in your pants/shorts. Almost everyone who sat in the chairs got their clothes snagged or a hole in them by a random nail sticking out. Overall a great place to stay. This is not a place for anyone with special needs for waking or stairs. We did not have a problem with going up and down all the stairs, we actually loved it, but please know there are more stairs than regular flat walking paths. If you want to leave the house, you will walk up or down a ton of stairs.
