Mia gave clear and easy to follow instructions to the property and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was as described, plenty of space and very clean and tidy. Allocated parking space was most helpful. The location is great, it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre! There’s lots to do, plenty of restaurants and pubs. Fantastic location, and Mia was on hand to assist with anything we asked. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here during February's rainy weather, but our arrival was made welcoming and comforting by Mia's thoughtful gifts of everything that we would need to start out with such as milk and tea etc. These kind touches made the end of our long journey a real pleasure. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, well laid out and ideal to just relax in. A great find. Thank you Mia.

Really lovely apartment. Bright, spotlessly clean and fresh. Really well equipped with everything you need for your stay and the treats were much appreciated. Good location 10 minute walk from the harbour and the added bonus of a parking space which are hard to come by in Brixham. Mia was really helpful and accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back.
