So I booked on a short notice for a quiet getaway road trip. The place was all I hoped for being in my budget, quiet and in a walkable in neighborhood. The mini felt like a real house with divided rooms and many amenities including a TV in two rooms. She was very responsive when I couldn't find the main gated entrance. (Look for the Holiday Hills sign.) It is a huge community with boat and RV owners. You will use a code to get in the gated area each time. It has a full size refrigerator but electric griddle pans versus a stove. I liked and used the washer and dryer since I left in a hurry. I loved the recliner sofa, windows, bench seats in the bedroom. I sat outside a lot on the front porch. People were friendly. I definitely want to come back! Thanks for a great stay and relaxing weekend.

This is our second home, we are regulars, we love Teresa place, always smell so good when we walk in, we are very comfortable there. You will not regret staying there.

Everything about this tiny house was wonderful. Incredibly clean, WiFi worked great and A/C was cold. If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. Definitely recommend!

This our only place we will stay in Quitman, we been going to Teresa’s place for 1 year, it’s always so clean, smells amazing, always upgrading her place, we love it there. You will love it too.
