Fantastic views from the house which overlooks a beautiful valley. Nice welcome pack including chocolates and Prosecco. The rooms have a cosy feeling - and the beds are very comfortable. Some maintenance needed. The folding doors (access to patio) were jammed- and a key to an alternative door was not made available. One of the bedrooms has a clear glass door. It’s a 35 min enjoyable walk via a public path down to Lustleigh. Note that access to the property is via a narrow single track road (look out for the potholes!). Unfortunately, our car was damaged as we tried to let an oncoming vehicle pass. Overall, we had a great time. Glorious views- very peaceful…

Lovely property with beautiful countryside around. Enjoyed long walks in surrounding countryside to pubs in Lustleigh and Water. Beds very comfortable. We had been told there were showers in all bathrooms but only 2 have proper showers. One has a hand held shower and one has no shower. Made it a bit inconvenient with 8 adults staying.

A lovely house in a superb location. Peaceful with amazing views. Lots of space to socialise or retreat for some peace and quiet depending on your mood.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a very pretty location. It has a huge enclosed field in front so perfect for dogs. It has also a lovely kitchen and social area with really well thought out spaces. But the location is remote and difficult to find - especially as the signage is overgrown. All guests got lost arriving! It’s also very much self accommodation so don’t expect basics eg shampoo, toilet roll. Come prepared. We had an issue with heating which was repaired - the management company were very responsive.

Beautifully renovated house with a wonderful peaceful location. Views across the valley to the Tors in the distance. Kitchen and larder are excellently equipped (although no microwave - good to be aware of). Perfect for family get togethers.
