Nick's place was beautiful! It is clean, gorgeous, and had everything we needed for our stay in Anchorage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the shower was luxurious. Every time we walked in we kept saying how beautiful the place was. The only downside is that it is right next to the airfield and you can hear every plane that takes off. We were able to sleep through it but if you are a light sleeper you may not want to stay here. We enjoyed watching the planes take-off but it is very loud. We also woke up to a mother moose and her baby right out the front window just hanging out. It was awesome to see them in the wild. Nick's place is quiet, peaceful, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice play to stay in Anchorage (also super close to the airport).

I spent 3 months in Anchorage for work, and after a month in a hotel got permission to book an Airbnb instead. Best move I made. After looking at dozens of options I settled on Nick’s place. It was exactly the refuge I needed. My work is fast paced and stressful, and I needed a quiet place to retreat to in the evenings. Nick has the place well stocked with the essentials, and some thoughtful touches for good measure. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable (although I like a much firmer pillow than the average person, so had to get creative), and the kitchen had everything I needed to make my own meals. That saved me from packing on pounds eating out every meal! There is some noise from the airport, but that honestly made it more homey to me. In my 2-month stay here, there were 2 nights when high winds caused the ANC flight path to deviate, and on those nights it was loud. But overall not an issue. If I end up back in Anchorage, I would happily stay here again.

We had a great time in Anchorage; Nick has a very clean and well stocked home! Love how private the street is and the home is a beautiful architecture!
