Christians place was very nice. Stayed for 3 months for work. We were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cozy, asthetically pleasing. Extremely comfortable beds, plenty of extra linens and towels. Controlled heat in every room.Coffee maker in kitchen plus toaster and cooking supplies. Good wifi connection and smart TV. Coon laundry in the building. First floor apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is on a cul de sac. About 15 minutes drive to Niagara Falls. 10 minutes to walmart and resteraunts. Plenty of parking in a private lot. There is someone that maintains the common area and shovels snow from the walkways. The roads are plowed often in the neighborhood as well. This is an apartment building so the ONLY thing is you can hear the upstairs neighbors when they walk/watch t v. Etc... but its part of being in an apartmenr building. Would stay here again and again if work keeps me here. Christian is VERY responsive and accomidating.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and area attractions. Christian was a great host very attentive to our needs.

This is a great 2 BR apartment in a clean, quiet, green space area of North Tonawanda - great for walking the neighborhood. Convenient to Niagara Falls, the Niagara River, shopping and other Western New York locales worth exploring.

This is definitely the best stay that I’ve ever been to! The stay is perfectly placed in a nice area that is quiet and beautiful. Close enough to the order of Canada and close enough to the city of Buffalo. If you come to this stay please go see Niagra falls. Inside this stay is beautiful and modern and very clean . I had no issues at all with the location during my month stay. Christian is very amazing and accommodating , if there is any reason to come to the area you won’t regret staying here. 5 stars Thank you Christian!
