It is always a lottery with Airbnb but Lien's place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the free washer and dryer is a bonus. The house is quiet and very comfortable. It is a short walk to a grocery store and bus service to the subway line. One of my best stays in years. I highly recommend Lien's place for stays of a month or more. Excellent!

I stayed in Lien’s place for 3 months. It was pretty good experience. Lien was always responsive and tried to solve issues quickly. The house is in 5 min walking distance to the bus stop, 15 mins to Jane subway station. The Black Creet st is pretty safe, with good neighbors. However, I had a few issues on Jane street, won’t recommend to walk there in the evening time. Grocery store and walk in clinics nearby. House looks like in the listing, has all utensils in the kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, laundry downstairs. Lien provides basics like soap, washing detergent, tissues, toilet paper, etc. It was great not to think of those lil things. My room was clean and had furniture in nice condition. I wish only it was bigger Also, there are no « quiet hours » in the house and some neighbors would cook as late as 11pm, others would start at 5:30-6:00 am. The smell goes into the room, this was really annoying for me. Most of the tenants won’t clean after themselves or throw out the garbage.

My 1st time staying in an AIRBNB, and I absolutely loved it! Everything was clean and within minutes to the bus station and food basics if you want to do some groceries. Lien is super friendly and responsive. If I ever have to stay in Toronto, I'd book a room in her unit again and again.

I had a great time at this place. I stayed for a month and it was perfect for what I needed. Very easy access to the bus stop which basically takes you anywhere. The neighborhood was super quiet and had some nice parks to go running in.
