A great location — just a couple minutes walk to the ocean beach (which was practically deserted!) and a couple minute drive to the sound beach. Outdoor shower was great and the place was nicely decorated.

The Honey House was a perfect spot for a couples getaway! Well equipped kitchen, get A/C, awesome Solo Stove and more!

Our 11 day stay at the Honey House was exactly what we needed. It was comfy and cozy for 3 of us. It was also far from the crazy crowds of Nags Head and upper OBX, with wide open, gorgeous beaches nearby, and great restaurants within a 15-30 minute radius in villages above and below. Addie was wonderfully responsive when we had an issue with the AC in the living room, and her cleaning and maintenance people were absolutely great. She also let our little girl come meet and play with her little dog and cute farm animals. She’s a font of information about local things to do, and sent suggestions early and unprompted the one day we had actually had rain. We couldn’t be more happy to suggest Honey House to others as a fantastic place to stay and relax in the Outer Banks. We’re planning our next trip already. Thanks Addie!

We had the most wonderful time staying at the honey house. It was perfect for our family of four. Absolutely love that it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved seeing all the animals on the property. Addie was extremely kind and such a wonderful host. I highly recommend staying at the honey house.

Honey house is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay. Literal 5 minute walk to the beach and minimal drive from the sound side beach. Plenty to each near by and only a short drive from all the excursions and experiences OBX has to offer. The space honey house has to offer is great for sitting back and enjoying the summer. We were lucky enough to enjoy a few meals outside on the deck as well as on the chairs situated under a beautiful tree. We are looking forward to coming back next year if the stars align for us :)
