I am very happy to spend Valentine's Day there, the environment is beautiful and comfortable. You can ask for a service car to take us when you go out, which is convenient.

If you want to stay at Ayana or in the Jimabaran area and have a family or bigger group, this was a good place to stay. Being Jimabaran, it is a mostly resort focused area, especially inside Ayana. Getting Grab was a minor hassle sometimes as the drivers need to enter the resort first and sometimes get lost, and the default location for Ayana Residences is the reception building, which is a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment building. Amenities in the apartment were overall decent. Only real complaint was the hairdryer, although functional, it was quite weak. The host and their team were quite responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
