We would rate this place a 5++++! Great space, close to bike trails, Crystal Bridges, great restaurants, the Momentum, and downtown. We rode our bikes everywhere. The house has fabulous beds, great layout, nice back outdoor area, washer/dryer, and more. They provide so many amenities like laundry detergent, etc.

We went to Bentonville for a girls weekend and this house worked out perfectly for our trip. It was located a short distance from downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges but since we were going to multiple locations this was perfect. The house was clean and perfect for 4 people. We were able to hang out and play games and talk either in the house or in the backyard. The house owner even provided us discount tickets to the display at Crystal Bridges. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Adriana was awesome! We made a late reservation request, and she was more than willing to accommodate us. House was great, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future. A+

Adriana's place was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house was nice and clean. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.
