Centrally located in old-town Nederland, this quaint home is a quick 5-minute jaunt to the heart of town. Between the breweries, BBQ, bakeries, and locally roasted coffee beans, this mountain town has so much to offer. We believe that our house is a quiet and easy place to call home. There is a dedicated office area, fenced in backyard, wifi, TV, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit! You may never have to leave, but if you do, there is so much to explore in the Indian Peaks. #NED-048 Playing off of the natural light in each room and perfectly placed artwork, plants and collectables, this home provides a smile at every turn and gives you every reason to kick back and relax. There are two large bedrooms that have queen-sized beds, all new bedding, carpets, and throws. Also, an office for anyone working from home. It features a new, curved monitor, necessary hookups and wireless keyboards/mousepads for the guests. There is a large living room with a smart TV and fireplace for an extra romantic game or movie night. The fenced in backyard creates a little oasis from neighbors and noise of everyday life. Plug in the bistro lights, grill some food, and take a load off in one of the multiple sitting areas. Breathe in, breathe out, and realize that even though you're only 25 minutes from Boulder and Golden, you're out there and "yes!", it feels great. Please note - this is mountain living! The cabin has floor boards for heat, but if temperatures drop in the negatives we do fire up the fire place and space heaters. It's snowy, and can get windy in Nederland.
