Built in the 1800s, this charming homestead was the first home on the land that now includes the Flintfield's Horse Park, home of the Traverse City Horse Shows. While completely renovated, its original character has been largely preserved. Plentiful parking with circle drive for trailer and equipment staging. Beautiful country setting surrounded by Norway Spruce trees for privacy, while sharing a property line with the horse park for immediate property adjoining access. There is no closer property to the Horse Shows than this one, a convenience you will value each day. The home has a ranch feel with modern amenities including a main floor bedroom and bathroom, plus a multi use room that converts to a forth bedroom and central air conditioning. You will feel like you have stepped back in time, yet you will have very comfortable accommodations. The farm was a wonderful escape from the bustle of everyday life. The lodging was rustic luxury, perfect staging grounds for excursions into city, especially fervent during the famed Cherry Festival.
