I gave a 3 stars because of the location, otherwise I would've given it a 1 star. I book travel for our engineers on long term job assignments. The Engineer that stayed there stated: Although the master bathroom is nice, the mattress and box spring is directly on the floor with no bed frame. There are no dressers to put your things in or on. And there is only 1 tv in the entire house. Upon checking out, the host asked if there was a pet there because there's pet hair everywhere. I booked this for a business trip. no dogs are allowed and that engineer is bald. The hair must've been left by the previous guests and she just noticed. I didn't like her asking me that after checking out, especially after paying a high cleaning fee. communication was easy.

We gave 4 stars for these reasons. 1- Overall we had a pleasurable experience. The house is new and spacious. The owner team for the most part responded quickly to requests. 2- We stayed for a month and were likely the first renters. The house was not properly inspected post construction and several repairs were required throughout our stay. The second bathroom shower never worked despite their attempt to fix it with a maintenance man who was very nice. 3- We were originally charged $75.00 post leaving the house for a lamp that was “missing.” Admittedly we moved a few things around during our stay though we told the owners where everything was and even provided pictures. After providing pictures the owner removed the request for reimbursement. No apology was provided. 4- We were told by the owner that they lived in the community with his family before we booked. We never saw him or did he introduce himself. That would have been friendly and well-received.
