Ellen was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay again and hopefully find time in our schedule to use the pool next time.

For most of our one month stay, this location had a severe leak in the bathroom. The water poured from ceiling and covered bathroom floor and hallway. Host responds quickly, but maintenance was slow to fix the issue, the issue first appeared on august 13th and was no finally repaired until September 5th. Between September 1st and 5th, we were told not to use the shower and that there may be structural problem with the ceiling. We wanted to use the apartment for our wedding guests, but instead had to put them in a hotel during the week of our wedding. Host did not give us an satisfactory refund for this issue. Additionally, upstairs neighbors are very noisy, with a dog, making it hard to relax and sleep. Host provides earplugs but you can still hear the noise. We paid almost 3k for this apartment for one month, and did not get our value back. Do not recommend this place.
