Villa No.4 in Zuari Rain Forest Township is an excellent & awesome property. Zuari rain forest a modern state of the Art township is so well located and so well connected that all south Goa amazing beaches are 15 minutes to 1 hour drive from the Villa/ township. Besides south Goa one can even venture into Panjim & north Goa in just 45 minutes. So it’s an ideal place to be in Goa. We loved the Villa for its cool interiors, beautiful swimming pool & a township which was so neat & clean. Dhiren Das our caretaker cleans it so well everyday early mrng. Not to say least about “Aditya” owner of the Villa who is just a text away & promptly responded to all our queries and provided what all we asked within Airbnb rules/ framework. I highly recommend the property just you need to rent a car from contact persons whose details are given in the Villa. After fun days or night out in beaches, forts, cruises, casinos etc one can just unwind & relax in the Villa. Kudos Aditya you made us feel at home.
Great place for a family/ friends outing. Wonderful villa in a safe gated community with a caretaker. All is good except that when you go to Goa expecting beach nearby then, let me warn that the nearest beaches are few kilometers away.

- Vasco-De- Gama (20 mins drive)- a small city named after the famous Portuguese explorer. Situated at Mormugao Peninsula and at the mouth of Zuari river. Visit this gem if you want to watch the beautiful sight of ships and docks.
- Bogmalo Beach (15mins drive)- Head to the cleanest beach in South Goa that offers water sports activities like windsurfing, water skiing, ski-jet facilities. Dolphin spotting, sunbathing, swimming and fishing are other attractions of the beach.
- Heart Lake(15mins drive)- It is gem shrouded in secrecy, tucked away in cosy nooks, just waiting for you to stumble upon. Heart-shaped lagoon in near Bogmalo beach. With cerulean waters and its extraordinary shape, it twinkles under the sun inviting you to take a cool dip.
- Hollant beach (15mins drive)-Head to witness a sunrise which you will remember for a lifetime. This beach is particularly known for its serenity and landscape and not to be missed when travelling to Goa. Hollant Beach offers wonderful perspectives including the popular southern shorelines of Goa, alongside the foothills of the Western Ghats.
- Haunted Church (20 min drive)-The 3 Kings church lies in the midst of greenery in Cansaulim area. This place offers scenic views of Uttorda and Majorda Coastline. You can see the shore despite being 10 km away from it. It's surrounded by forest from all sides and sunsets are a specialty of this place.
- Jacinto Island (10min drive) - This tiny island was blessed with incredible, breathtaking natural beauty where you can catch sights of plate corals.
- Mahalsa temple (15mins drive)- Goddess Mahalasa devi temple, the female form of Lord Vishnu also known as Mohini is a must visit for its serene environment.
