The lodging is in a great location, it was an excellent value for the price, it was quiet, peaceful and safe. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This is a hotel that has been renovated but still has some old facilities. It's right off the highway and very close to downtown. The photo of Bellevue Square used in the listing might be a little misleading. It is not within walking distance of the mall.

The hotel itself met expectations for the price of the stay. Simple hotel with simple amenities, room was clean and staff were pleasant. However on our second night we got locked out of our hotel room (keycard lock stopped working). We were unable to access our personal belongings until the next morning (including wallets, car keys and passports). The hotel staff were unwilling to call a locksmith and stated we had to wait until the morning to get our personal belongings. They gave us another room and basic toiletries for the night, but we had to rearrange our plans as we had a ferry booked for first thing in the AM. Luckily we did not have any time sensitive medications or evening plans - so we were only moderately inconvenienced. So if anyone has any issues getting into their room at all - have it addressed immediately, as the front desk person eluded to this problem happening before. Roompicks did respond immediately and had good communication but could not offer assistance with the issue.

The checkin staff was very friendly and helpful, and parking was easy. Room was not super clean. This hotel is an easy drive to Bellevue Square Mall, but it on the other side of the interstate.
