Relax with the whole family at this tiny yet peaceful place to stay.This stylish yet unique place sets the stage for a memorable stay. The road leading to the place might be a little underwhelming but the room overlooks lush green fields. Located on the outskirts of the city of Panaji ,with all basic facilities . Clean ,comfy, cozy all in one stay. AC rooms, budget friendly and well maintained. Enjoy easy access to shops and restaurants, cafes from this perfect place to stay. The space is small and cozy. It includes a double bed with an attatched washroom.

It looks like a pretty US style Motel feel Is located located very close to Panjim Main market The bus stop is one minute walking And the bus exactly drops you at the main market and at the ferry The host is very responsive and he kept my luggage for additional one day . It is worth the price Perfect for solo travels and couples. I won’t suggest this to big families.

Getting around is very easy if you're travelling by vehicle. There is ample parking space. Though the road leading to the guesthouse might be a little underwhelming since its a narrow road, getting to tourist sites from here is pretty good. It is equally distanced, around 10 minutes from the beautiful Miramar beach and DonaPaula jetty. Panjim city is 20 minutes away. Public transport is available from about 5 minutes walking distance from the place.
