Keep it simple and small, yet peaceful and centrally-located place. Clean ,comfy, cozy all in one stay. AC rooms with attached washroom, for a perfect budget stay with your family or loved one. Stay in this cozy place with a serene peaceful atmosphere , so surreal yet just mins away from city life. Miramar beach and Dona Paula Jetty is just 10 mins away. Enjoy easy access to shops and restaurants, cafes 5 minutes walk from the stay. Book your stay in a budget! The space is small and cozy. It includes a double bed with an attatched washroom.

Small, simple, and peaceful. But the only difficulty was with reaching the place. It took some time to figure out how to reach the accommodation.

Mr and Mrs Cirilo are really helpful. I'm not good with directions and I don't have a two wheeler license. Navigating Panaji is difficult if this is the case. I got lost one day. Because of this the next day when I got late Mr Cirilo enquired if I am ok. They are both kind, gentle people. Because of the Gaza situation I was regretting the fact that I booked an Airbnb which I can't cancel. But they both made me feel safe and happy during my first solo vacation.

Getting around is very easy if you're travelling by vehicle. There is ample parking space. Though the road leading to the guesthouse might be a little underwhelming since its a narrow road, getting to tourist sites from here is pretty good. It is equally distanced, around 10 minutes from the beautiful Miramar beach and DonaPaula jetty. Panjim city is 20 minutes away. Public transport is available from about 5 minutes walking distance from the place.
