Cheap and cheerful. It was very inexpensive and Philip was very cheerful. The accommodation was exactly how I expected it to be. I would stay again.

I stayed at Philip's for a month. And I am grateful to him for the positive experience. Special thanks for the lovely Christmas card:) The room is as described in the images. It's warm and cosy. The area is tranquil and conveniently packed with supermarkets, parks and cafés. The host is friendly, outgoing, and helpful. When I mentioned that I needed a table (I write a lot), Philip fulfilled the request immediately. And it was very kind of him to allow me to use the washing machine. And he's very knowledgeable too. It was fascinating to discuss with him the culture and customs of the region. A special bonus is local plentiful wildlife! I encountered squirrels, foxes, deer, and robins.`
