Seong is a so warm-hearted and hospitable host during our stay. He arranged the free transportation from airport to apartment for the round trip and even during mid-night, he was willing to give help and answered my bothered phone call immediately. Thanks so much! I stayed in the apartment with my mum, sister, husband and 2 daughters. We 6 shared 3 big bed rooms with superb nice sea view just under your feet!!! My girls love Alupang so much and they desire to go back someday! In the kitchen there are enough pots and plates/bowls for quick cooking. We made congee every morning for my girls and that was so convenient. Express Marts are downstairs easy to find and you need to buy bottle water as the fresh water is not ready to drink directly. All in all, thanks so much for the happy Guam's time with Seong and Alupang. I recommend it much better than expensive hotels~~

Great ocean view and sunset. If you want to relax with view, great place. Needs rental car since Condo is away from Tamon area about $60 taxi ride round trip.

호스트가 예약해둔 픽업서비스를 이용하여 편하게 숙소에 도착했습니다. 하지만 픽업 직원이 공항에 와서 기다리던게 아니고 공항에 도착해서 알루팡비치타워쪽에 전화연락을 한 후에야 픽업직원을 보내주어서 약간의 혼란이 있었습니다. 숙소는 사이트에서 본 내용과 사진 그대로였고, 세탁기와 건조기, 취사시설 등이 있어서 숙소에 있는동안 대가족이 내집처럼 편안하게 사용하였습니다. 숙소에서 바라보는 풍경이 좋았고, 수영장은 아담하지만 이용자가 많지 않아서 마치 개인수영장인 듯 즐기기 좋았습니다. 와이파이 사용에 문제가 있어서 호스트가 12층의 복층 숙소로 업그레이드 해 주어서 괌 여행을 하는동안 잘 지내다 왔습니다.
