Big picture, this was a convenient and serviceable efficiency apartment. It was a perfect location for viewing the 4/8/24 total solar eclipse :) The king size bed was firm but comfortable. We were able to use the very small kitchen to prepare our meals despite the limited tools and prep space. The decor was not what the pictures showed, but was still nice. Our request for more paper towels was honored, though it did take longer than expected. Additionally our entry code to the building did not work the last morning while packing the car. My husband was locked outside while I did dishes. Overall, this would be a perfect size space for one person staying and extended period of time. Our two night, two person stay with frequent kitchen use was a bit tight and akward.

The only issue I had was a loud neighbor blasting his TV at midnight. Something not under the hosts control, but rather inconvenient when trying to sleep. Everything else was nice, the place was clean, check in was seamless, and there was space to park off street. Bed was comfortable, temperature was good. Nick even checked in to make sure I made it into the unit! I would stay here again.

Perfect location and accomodations for my son and I for an overnight to U. Akron. Quiet and safe accomodations. Clean and well maintained. very comfortable.
