Incredible panoramic view of Pacific Ocean step right off to the sand. Walk that lead directly to the Seal Beach Downtown Boutique Shops and Eateries. Beautiful sunset with flocks of sea birds right in front of you... walk to the Seal Beach Pier and you can fish right off the rail. A marble floor in master bedroom. Automatic curtain through out the unit that opens up with ocean view for the master bedroom as well. This is not a party house. it's a family home. Deck views are perfect for daytime and evening lounging, meals, and drinks outside. Close to all the local restaurants and steps away from Seal beach Pier.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: You are NOT charged or authorized for the deposit unless host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to property.

-Please contact us using the Airbnb message system; between hours of 8am -10pm for booking questions. Late night calls are only for emergencies.

The entire home and backyard is available to guests, with the exception of the garage which is used for private storage (however, there is tons of empty, unrestricted parking in front of the house).
You are welcome to use all appliances, cook, and store your personal items in the fridge/closets etc.
