Fred was wonderful. We didn’t ask for an early checkin but he offered us one anyway! The house gave us all our own space and served as a meeting place for me and my sister as we put finishing touches on a loved one’s memorial service. I had not planned ahead very well and asked for a late checkout late on our last night due to family circumstances and her did not hesitate to accommodate the request.

Great location and nice space will lots of potential. We had a few small issues that I will not share publicly since the owner seemed receptive to the constructive criticism.

The place was awesome, very close to the river walk and local brewery. We had an amazing trip and would stay again if coming back to San Antonio. Fred was very responsive and checked in on us every few days to make sure things were going good. Amazing place!!!

Out of all the BNB’s that we have stayed at, this has been the best. House was well stock, clean, cozy, comfortable, charming & convenient to local restaurants & downtown.

Only issue was the AC system not working properly in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Other than that, everything good, nice house with a lot of space, nice kitchen.
