We were a group of 4 adult couples who stayed a night at this awesome house. We attended a show at the Majestic and were able to walk to and from easily, which was an added bonus. We also walked to dinner down the street, everything is very convenient. Ryan had great communication from the day of booking through checkout. The house was exactly as the pictures. It has tons of space to hangout, and every space is unique and very well done. No issues at all. We are already talking about booking again, great Rental!

It was a unique historic beauty with lots of character.. fit my family comfortably. Kitchen was equipped for cooking and was very roomy. Thank you for your home!

Great location... unique structure with tons of character. Lots of space for a group or family. Can walk via San Antonio Riverwalk or street to old town downtown. Several neighborhood coffee and lunch cafes nearby.

Ryan's place was wonderful! A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood - it was super easy to walk to everything. Would stay again next time I'm in San Antonio.

Nos encantó la casa, muy bonita y espacios muy cómodos. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y la colonia hermosa y muy agradable para caminar. Nos gustó mucho, queremos volver a hospedarnos aquí en la siguiente visita.
