Cinzia is a great welcoming person. The house is wonderfull and the swimming pool is probably the most beautiful that we never see. I recommand this journey and thanks Cinzia.

We had the loveliest conclusion to our two-week trip to Italy here. 4 days of reveling in the privacy and verdant splendor of their home. The location is an excellent hub for those looking to quickly get to the hotspots of eastern Sicily, but it isn’t a good fit if you don’t have a car or if you want to walk anywhere. The surrounding area is quite industrial, and there is a recycling center nearby that emits a pretty unpleasant smell when the wind is right. You may even notice junkyard dogs barking at odd hours. In my mind, it’s a small price to pay if you’re looking to feel at home in your own private, well-secured 5 ⭐️ villa. The hot tub and pool area are absolutely magical, and Etna feels close enough to touch. The grounds are beautifully manicured and there are tropical flowers everywhere you turn. We opted, based on reviews, for the dinner made in-home by Cinzia herself and it was INCREDIBLE. Fresh, flavorful, and seasonal items that were a hit with us, and our kids! So grateful

Cinzia's home was a great place for our family. Pros...absolutely beautiful yard and pool outdoor area, perfect for our family to enjoy the outdoors together; large house with 5 bedrooms; parking on premises; Cons....home located in industrial area (boat yard) was gated but could not walk out of the gate area feeling safe or for a walk; all 3 bathrooms in hall not bedroom; kitchen small; house inside needs updating. had one issue with remote to get out of parking, Alex came but lost most of the day site seeing. Hot tub not hot and did not work at night. Alex was alwasys available to respond which was great.

Villa Fenice is fabulous, the interior of the villa has everything the living areas are beutiful and spacious, bedrooms excellent and 3 good bathrooms. The outside space for relaxing is superb, the area atound the Jacuzziis brilliant and the swimming pool and gardens are absolutely huge and beautifully set out. Cinzia is the best host you would want to have, always available by txt and extremely responsive for requests. I would recommend the evening dinner experience as Cinzias menu's are fabulous. We had the best time, thanks Cinzia.

We all had a great time at Cinzia's place: - she was friendly and responsive, and accommodated us checking in extremely late due to issues with our flight - the food she cooked (especially the seafood salad and sweet & sour rabbit) was absolutely delicious - as good as anything we had in a restaurant, and the leftovers lasted a couple of days - there's a large selection of local wines in the villa, priced just above retail (we paid for this and the dinner by card at checkout) - the villa has a spacious living area, comfortable bedrooms, and good aircon - garden is enormous and much prettier and lusher than it looks in the photos, and beautifully green despite the heat - pool is absolutely enormous (say 20x10m) and deep (around 3m at its deepest) - probably the best villa pool ever - convenient parking area - around 20 mins drive from Taormina, and around 20 mins walk from a beach with an excellent restaurant (Blue Ice) and nice lido
