Garrett's home is definitely a find for the money. Set in a settled, quiet neighborhood, it is close to so many attractions and amenities. It is perfect for a small group with lots of room for dining, playing and socializing. Best of all, Garrett is an excellent host, who is there to answer questions and help whenever needed. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend this lodging.

WORTH IT!!!! BOOK IT!!!! Weekend stay with 2 of my girlfriends and everything was great. very clean, easy to access and nice peaceful location. Near major expressways and lots of local spots for shopping, eating and fun. Very well stocked and comfortable beds. Lots of space and fun game room area. We didn't have any, but nice for kids. Only 3 beds though so only a small number of kids depending on the group. Works perfect for 3 couples. Would be nice to have TV in the bedrooms but not a deal breaker. Garrett accepted our reservation last minute after the precious reservation was canceled and he was very pleasant and available. We genuinely appreciated his graciousness in helping us have the wonderful trip we had planned for. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Garrett. 😊

This was awesome! Great house and location. Was exactly like the pictures. The beds and furniture was super comfortable and everything was great. Garrett always responded pretty fast and was very helpful. Great experience and would highly recommend this house

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the quick response time from the host. Everything was clean and we were close to all the places we planned to visit. The only thing was that we couldn't use the garage which is no fault to the host. we had rented a large van but if we had a smaller car, we would've been able to. The beds were comfortable and the boys enjoyed walking around the backyard premises.
