This property is very noisy. It was dangerous if you had young children because it is so close to the road and people drive buy at a high rate of speed. When we arrived there were 4 overflowing trash cans at the road. They stayed there until Tuesday even though we repeatedly asked for someone to come and pick them up. There was no place to put our trash and of course when there was finally a pick up the people left a huge mess for us to clean up. You could not stay outside under the house because of the smell of raw sewage that was being drained from a camper behind us into a ditch area. The floors are in poor repair. The table on one side was so shaky we were afraid to put anything on it so we ended up eating on one side of the duplex. The showers were moldy and the shower curtains needed to be washed/cleaned or replaced. On the right side of the house the AC could not be controlled. Host was responsive most of the time but nothing was solved. It could be a nice place if maintained.

The property was unlocked and not clean upon arrival. It smelled, bathrooms were dirty and food left out on counter and in fridge. When we reached out to customer service/host they blamed cleaning service. Due to late night I cleaned most of the house. When a cleaner finally got there, she could not find any clean linens and had to go buy cheap sheets for dollar store. Used those (not washed) on 2 beds. Unfortunately, she couldn’t find king sheets so we had to use make shift sheets for king bed with twins. Nothing was replaced so we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags just to get by for 3 days . When I asked to have $350 cleaning fee removed, the host refused unless I promised a 5 star review. Overall worst experience I’ve had.
