O apartamento estava extremamente bem equipado e totalmente renovado. Como indicado no anúncio, o apartamento dá para a parte interna do prédio, e portanto está totalmente isolado do barulho da rua. Eu fiquei um mês no apartamento e usei bastante o espaço de trabalho entre os dois quartos - estava visitando Madrid a trabalho. Por final o bairro é tranquilo com interessantes restaurantes, e ao mesmo tempo muito próximo de zonas mais agitadas como Gran Via etc... O Javier se mostrou muito disponível e simpatíco. Eu voltaria com certeza.

I don't have enough words to recommend Javier's place. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, if not bigger. The TV room is good, but the kitchen really stands out! It's fully equipped with everything you might need for a long stay. Lots of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, oven, a full size fridge and more. Javier even was kind enough to bring us more wine glasses do everyone could have one. I also cannot thank enough Javier, he's very friendly, professional and responsive. We didn't have a single issue during our stay. From the check-in to the check-out he's truly a 5 star host. It's an interior apartment, so there's not much daylight. However every bedroom and the bathroom have windows, so there were plenty of ventilation. There's also no noise from the streets. We stayed during autumn so temperatures were not extreme, but it's worth mentioning that the temperature was always perfect inside, the heating worked well and were very confortable. Lastly the area is perfect!

We stayed for 3 months and the apartment provided us with all that we needed. It is close to Plaza de Espana and Argüelles metro stations. The apartment is a few minutes walk to Temple de Debod, Royal Palace, and Casa de Campo. Across the plaza is Gran Via - which makes to the major areas very easy. Retiro Park and the Prado are a quick metro away. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed (cookware, washer, clothes line, linen). Having the dedicated work space was incredibly useful, having worked from the apartment during our stay. There was ample closet space and storage. I will include a few negatives, though not deal breakers, for transparency. The apartment left something to be desired in terms of decoration - it was very empty, especially for a long stay. We also would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning overall. I would recommend due to location and great host. The location and accessibility alone made it a great choice for us for our long stay.
