This guest house was perfect for me and my son. We just needed a small clean place for a couple nights, and this was perfect! It’s a gorgeous property!! So peaceful with outstanding views!!! The bathroom was large with a fantastic shower!! The sleeping space was large and very open. Plenty of space! Clean and quiet!! Absolutely perfect for us!!

Vicki’s place is in a beautiful and peaceful area of Springville and was very comfortable, especially the mattresses. Communication was great! Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious studio. Nice big fridge and TV. Nice pub sitting area in the studio. Beds were comfy and clean. Closet was stocked with hangers. It was a bit cold at night. It could be because we could not figure out how to turn off the fan. Be sure to bring extra blankets. Please note-Guests do not get access to the seating area in the front yard or to the firepit. Its not a big deal if you plan on getting in late to stay in. Otherwise, it's important to note. We will definitely return. Its located in a peaceful serene residential area and very close to lake Success, where you can catch the sunset. Vicki was responsive and cordial. Overall, great experience.
