We are very disappointed, because we planned to stay there to enjoy but we just feel like we are not welcome. First, before I booked I asked the Hosts about rates, extra guests and very unresponsive and didn't answer our questions or concerns and they just surprised us with the rates. Whenever we ask, she sarcastically answering us. We are very respectful towards her but throughout the conversation. And our whole stay has no main lights only the lamp so we can't see anything at night as we are relying on the small lamp. We tried to communicate regarding the lights but no response so we are asking other staff there personally. We never reported during the stay because we want to just enjoy the planned trip even if we are very uncomfortable. That's why we are asking because we want to have confirmation. In my whole trip, this is the worst accommodation we had, we also stayed in other places and HOSTS responsive and they don't have a problem with us because we respect them and their home.

I booked this place because I had some errands to run in neighboring Malilipot. What I found was a beautiful resort with a great view of Mayon (first time I saw it in person). The room is simple, rustic, but great value since it was so affordable. They have other rooms in the resort I might have booked instead (like the aircon rooms) had I looked more intently before booking. The canteen served decent meals and the lady manning the store was friendly. My partner and I and our 2 tiny dogs enjoyed being able to rest here in between our errands and we decided to go around the tourist spots of Albay after. Great place to stay.
