Thank you to Nathan and his folks on a very nice stay in Baltimore. We used this house as a crash spot after working, and it was perfect for that. It certainly could be a lot more - there's tons of hosting space on the first floor; the back deck is in a nice, residential courtyard; the basement has several fun game tables. The neighborhood is what it is. If you don't want to stay in a very "Baltimore" spot, this isn't for you; to be clear, we had zero issues, and never felt unsafe. But this is a very Baltimore spot. And if you have that mentality going into it - this is a great spot. The neighbors in the back courtyard were kind, and the street itself was calm.

Our arrival at Eden Valley was delayed, with initial challenges accessing the property due to a locked bottom lock. Nathan eventually assisted after some communication struggles. The next day, we encountered a clogged sink, no fault of his, it seemed the drain plug went inside. Nathan did mentioned the difficulty of getting help on weekends but never checked to see how we made out. In which remained unresolved until after our checkout. Despite these issues, Nathan was responsive, but some concerns remained unaddressed."Despite minor cleanliness issues reported to Nathan post-stay, the property was as described and suitable for our needs. Nathan's pleasant demeanor and effort to respond promptly were noted. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, acknowledging minor setbacks and the importance of honest reviews for future guests.

Me and my kids stay was very pleasant. The house was very nice. It looked like the photos. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. I would stay there again

We felt right at home! The space was perfect! Nathan was very accessible and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be booking this space again!
