Cane for the eclipse and it was an amazing spot that was not crowded with people. Very quiet and neighbors were nice.

Nice, cozy place to do an extended stay! This place had all the essentials you need. Alvin was very nice and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

I have stayed at this location before and found it to be much better stocked and clean without excessive check out requirements. This made it more comparable to staying in a hotel for a similar price. The space seem more cluttered than before and not as clean. The towels had an odor (I washed them before using) and the shower curtain was quite moldy at the bottom. There was a pod coffee machine but no pods, even a hotel provides in room coffee. The air conditioning in the back bedroom room was not working one night and there is no other way to move air. There is a train that passes quite close several times throughout the night so don’t expect to get a good nights’ sleep. Overall I was quite disappointed as I had always loved staying in this tiny house while in Athens for horse show. It is not the same as it was and I won’t stay there again.

In town for a horse show. Great location and secure setting. House was clean and we really enjoyed it.
