There was no hot water in the apartment the first night we went. We ended up taking a cold shower. Second day maintenance came and resetted a the fuse from downstairs, hot water came back, we left the apartment when we came back later there was no water at all. I messaged the host and she was able to turn on the water but there was no hot water. We ended up taking another cold shower. Also towels were rusted. There was no electricity to the washing machine. No toilet papers. We had to go out the first night and buy towels, toilet paper. This was a huge inconvenience. I communicated all these issues throughout my stay with her. I have stayed at other places for months and I’ve never had issues with any other hosts or amenities. After I filed complaint, she got defensive and said I was making up not having the hot water and that I took advantage of her. Be aware of this host.

Apartment was nice and clean. Anel, is a good host, always responded very quickly. Complex itself is great have two swimming pools but sea is a bit far, about 15 minutes walking. It’s better to have some transportation to get around Avsalar.
