Gorgeous modern apartment only a 5 minute walk from downtown Vineyard Haven. Enjoy a large outdoor deck with distant views of the harbor, on-site parking, beautiful decor & a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment is set back behind a small cottage & above an architect’s office, so there is plenty of privacy despite being so close to town. There are restaurants, shops, and some harbor facing beaches only a few blocks away. You can also walk to and from the primary ferry terminal (only 5 minutes). This apartment just underwent a substantial renovation, and everything looks brand new. All the furniture, including the beds, are all brand new for the 2022 season. There are two bedrooms each with a queen sized memory foam bed, and 1 full bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a large living room with comfy furniture, a large screen TV, an oversized kitchen island, and fully equipped kitchen for anyone that wishes to cook at home. There is a gorgeous outdoor dining area on the deck that comfortably seats 4 people.

Mike's place was great. Location was prefect walking distance from the Vineyard Haven ferry. Plenty of eatery and shopping in walking distance. Mike's place is well lit and gave off a safe and comfortable vibe. It's a must stay!!

My family and I had a nice stay. It is close to the ferry, downtown Tisbury, and a car rental place (Budget). The living area and bedrooms are cozy, and the mattress felt good. Mike (our host) was friendly and accommodating. So happy we picked this place for our mini vacation.

Fantastic location and really nice place that felt like home all week. Place was modern and very clean. Mike reached out with recommendations and was responsive any time something was needed. He's also local and completely hands on with his properties so I knew I was dealing with the owner and not a management team.

The apartment is located on a downtown side street called Lagoon Pond Road. There are a combination of residential and commercial properties in the area, including a marina & boat yard nearby. You can easily walk from the property to downtown Vineyard Haven (about 5 minutes). In downtown Vineyard Haven, there are shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops, bike rentals, and several harbor facing beaches.
