This coastal modern cabin has been carefully designed to maximize the experience of being in nature. On one side of the cabin, views draw you into 4 acres of forest, and on the other side the ocean awaits. Located 15 minutes from St Andrews, you have access to all the amentities of a resort town. But...if you are craving the quiet rythms of cottage life then simply wake up to ocean views, enjoy a coffee on the deck and watch for the bald eagles to fly past. The Costal Modern Cabin is a new build that has been carefully situated on the land to maximize views. The interior is open, light filled and a mix of warm/rustic scandinavian modern design. Everything has been carefully considered from the bathroom sink to the bedding. The goal is for you to feel relaxed and have a memorable stay.

This place blew us away. Super well designed, like to the extent that I took notes for if we ever build a home of our own. It also just has really great taste, things are laid out well with a nice attention to detail and it's just beautiful. Kate was super responsive for the few questions we had and super kind, and overall just one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had.
Wow!!! What a wonderful place! Super clean, everything as advertised, beautiful decor, extremely peaceful, felt right at home. And the views, 10/10! Kate was very responsive. You can tell she put her heart into this place. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to connect with nature, do yourself a favor and book this space, you won’t regret it.

Hills Point Road is a quiet and safe community. The road spans only the length of the peninsula and therefore traffic is mostly limited to residents. The homes and cottages on the road are extremely well maintained and real estate/land values are at the high end.
When you are driving to the cabin or into St Andrews be sure to drive slowly and watch for deer and other wildlife.
