A big thank you to Susan. She was so great to work with. She quickly responded to every question we had. The home is amazing. It was clean and easy to get to. Backyard has a very nice pool and hottub. Loved that it was all screened in so no leaves and bugs in the water. Kayaks and fishing in the backyard. So quiet, we felt like we were on our own private island. We had such a great time. Recommendation of a 10+++.

Excellent host- Susan did a great job at communicating before and after our arrival, the house is as beautiful as the picture. The house equipped with comfort of an active family style ( air hockey table, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards , beach chairs) She also was very understandable and being very flexible with our checkout time as we have people leaving at different times. Over all we love it there. Highly recommended !!

We had a great time in Sarasota and Susan was a great host. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and she had lots of extras to accommodate for our grandchildren (high chairs, scooters, wagon, toys, crib, pack n play). The close location of the Bradenton/Sarasota airport to the house is good and bad. Good: very convenient for airport shuttles. Bad: the busy jet traffic is very loud as it goes directly over the house.
