This place was really nice and clean. There were just nuances that collectively made it a four star in my opinion. For example, the pool is uncovered so it looks mildewy and every morning I ended up fishing out 100s of suicide bugs and one frog from the surface of the water before the kids got in. The ice maker on the fridge doesn't work, so bring ice. There were five adults on my reservation and we were only given two rolls of tissue for each bathroom. The toilet in the hall bathroom was wobbly. We entertained each other outside mostly because there is only one TV in the house. None of the BRs have TVs. I purchased one of those small JBL Bluetooth speakers and Corne texted me twice saying the neighbors were complaining of the noise. I didn't think the speaker had the capacity to violate any noise policy. Corne is definitely responsive. The pool was filthy upon arrival due to the storm the day before my check in and he had a pool guy there to clean it within the hour.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a more beautiful and relaxing home for our time away! Everything was as described, the place is beautiful. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The host was also very responsive, making sure we had all the instructions we needed. The host was also very helpful when we accidentally left some clothes in the closet to help get them shipped back to us! Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves down in Palm Coast again!
