This beautiful cottage may be our favorite ever Air B and B. The view from the cottage is absolutely stunning. If the weather had been a little warmer during our weekend, we would have sat on the front porch the majority of the time. Fortunately, the living area has huge windows with the same view. The cottage is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We really hope to be able to stay again!

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Bill was a great host - the cottage is amazing and was perfect for our family of 5 (three kids under 8). The place was super clean and the property is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone interested.

Excellent place to stay for visit to Virginia Safari Park. Lexington is a quick drive and there are places to eat there. Good idea to stock up on food / snacks on way through Lexington.

This is our second stay at Kate's Cottage and Bill was once again so helpful and communicative. The cottage is peaceful and quiet and very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and updated everything. We will definitely come back (again!). Thanks, Bill!
