Both bedrooms have en suite marble bathrooms - the master with a soaking tub and walk-out shower and the guest with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, another large flat screen TV and a four seat dining table. Sliding doors lead out to your private balcony with a two seat dining table, offering tranquil views out to the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped and unlike the one-bedroom suites in the building, is complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you may request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $150 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens. A change of linens only can be provided for $90. 2024 PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS: Between May 1st and November 1st 2024 the property will be undergoing enhancement projects which include upgrades to the amenity deck and pool area.
