Aside from the prices of EVERYTHING being raised in the area due to the Ocean’s Calling music festival, this place was a great stay. Susan was great in every way. Answered any and all questions I had immediately. Extremely helpful, patient, and full of local info. We were supposed to be able to check in until after 3, but ran into her earlier in the day and she let us right in. The couch bed was super uncomfortable, but we were RIGHT ON THE BOARDWALK!!! We will definitely use Marty’s Playland again in the future!!!!

Marty’s play house was amazing for me and my friends it was in the middle of everything meaning we was close to the beach, the boardwalk, and local store making every night and adventure.

We had an amazing time with our stay!! The H2O underage nightclub does not have a system for their line, and it is very hard for you to get to the boardwalk without being crowded by kids, or screamed at for budging by the kids. Everything was so nice just couldn’t leave after 8pm and go to the boardwalk without being in the way of the nightclub.

Really great location, right off the boardwalk. Parking area is a-little jammed but at least you’re off the road. We went during off season and it was very quiet and pleasant! Seemed to be a few electrical issues? Some outlets don’t work but all in all it’s a great place for the price!

The location is incredible. The room could have been cleaner. We had sand in our bed night one which is kind of gross. The nightclub next door was not an issue like some other reviews said. We brought a sound machine for our toddler and she didn't even notice.
